Imperial Airport Taxi Vienna provides services based on the terms and conditions, the service descriptions and the price lists. Deviating terms and conditions do not apply, even if Imperial Airport Taxi Vienna does not expressly contradict them. Deviations from these conditions require the express written approval of Imperial Airport Taxi Vienna. A contract is only concluded if it is confirmed by Imperial Airport Taxi Vienna.

The prices include the statutory sales tax at the respective statutory rate. The prices valid on the day of the booking confirmation apply. Flat rates not listed in the price list can only be agreed in writing and only apply to the agreed travel date and rental period. Times and distances beyond this will be charged according to the valid price list. The fare includes the transport of people with normal luggage; the transport of bulky goods requires a separate agreement.

The Imperial Airport Driver must be informed immediately of any change in the agreed pick-up time, regardless of the reason. The buyer shall bear the damage caused by the failure to report immediately. The chauffeur from Imperial Airport Driver is available for you at the agreed pick-up time at the appropriate meeting point in the airport terminal or a previously arranged meeting point with a name tag or company logo (earlier or later availability must be specified when booking). And waits up to 60 minutes at no extra charge. The phone number where the passenger can reach their chauffeur is listed on the website. If no contact is made with the passenger or customer after 60 minutes of waiting, the chauffeur returns to Vienna without the passenger. Then the Imperial Airport Driver service is deemed rendered, and the total price is due for payment. Additional waiting times at the customer's request will be calculated according to the currently valid price list.

Any change to the agreed pick-up time, regardless of the reason, must be communicated to FLUGHAFENTAXIWIEN77 immediately. Any damage caused by failure to communicate immediately will be at the customer's expense.

The customer shall immediately inform FLUGHAFENTAXIWIEN77 of any change in his/her name, (billing) address, legal form and bank details. The customer is also obliged to provide the necessary information on passengers, time and place of service provision. If the customer fails to inform us immediately, he/she is liable for damages that would have been avoided if the notification had been made in a timely manner. The customer undertakes, also on behalf of the passengers, not to misuse the services of FLUGHAFENTAXIWIEN77, in particular

• - not to disrupt or hinder the performance of the service
• - not to cause any damage
• - not to violate criminal law
• - strictly observe the smoking ban in the vehicle
• - not to refuse to pay the fare.

If a customer violates the aforementioned obligations, FLUGHAFENTAXIWIEN77 is entitled to take all necessary measures to eliminate the misuse. In the event of a culpable violation, the customer is liable to FLUGHAFENTAXIWIEN77 for damages.

Cancellations are only effective if they are made in writing or if they are confirmed in writing by FLUGHAFENTAXIWIEN77 in the case of an oral declaration. Cancellations up to and including 24 hours before the contractually agreed start of the journey are free of charge. In the event of cancellations, FLUGHAFENTAXIWIEN77 will charge a proportion of the basic journey price as compensation. This proportion is:

FLUGHAFENTAXIWIEN77 is not liable to the customer for damages. Liability in the event of injury to life, body or health is governed by statutory provisions. The vehicles are insured under the applicable general insurance conditions. The customer is responsible for any additional insurance. FLUGHAFENTAXIWIEN77 is not liable for missed appointments and their economic consequences. This includes, for example, delays caused by:

FLUGHAFENTAXI77 assumes no liability to the customer or passenger for damages resulting from incorrect transmission of data by the customer.

All legal relationships between FLUGHAFENTAXIWIEN77 and its customers are subject exclusively to Austrian law. The place of jurisdiction and performance is Vienna.
